Mitolo G.A.M. Shiraz 2012, Mclaren Vale, South Australia, Australia: This is a powerhouse of a wine, wow! Seductively rich, black cherry liqueur runs through its black heart. Full-bodied, velvet-smooth and hedonistically satisfying. Shiraz comes from the Chinese Block vineyard which is located in the Willunga district at the southern end of McLaren Vale. Biting acidity that isn't unpleasant just a surprise. Result > needs food like steak.
