Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A deep ruby with purple colour with some notes of red and black fruit, cellar, forest floor, cedar. Medium+ body with medium+ acid/fruit balance. Polishing tannins, warming alcohol and a good warm spice or alcohol finish. Still some time left in the bottle. Pair with pasta and meat sauce, meat lovers pizza, beef fajitas. Decant.
Tasted: June 2015
Anne Dmitrovic reviewed this wine as follows:

Purchased in Lindsay. Incredible!
This full-bodied Italian red wine is made by a winery based in Atri, a small village. A Montepulciano with lots of tannin and heft. - Community Wine Reviews
