Monte Zovo Ca'Linverno Veronese Rosso 2015, Veneto I.G.T., Italy: Created and crafted by Diego Cottini and Monte Zovo, Ca'Linverno 2015 is a concentrated, aromatic wine produced from a blend of dried, shrivelled Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and Cabernet Sauvignon wine grapes from a technique discovered by Diego Cottini himself. The first drying method takes place on the vines themselves allowing the grapes to dry, wither and concentrate until mid-November.
