From Vignobles R. Jaubert, Château La Grave d'Arzac 2019 is a Bordeaux white wine blend of mostly Semillon with some Sauvignon Blanc and simply over delivers for the price. Vibrant and refined with lots of acidity for food, crisp on the palate with grassy, herbal, stony mineral, grapefruit zest flavours lingering on the finish. Pour with a sautéed filet of sablefish. The Jaubert family has been making wine for five generations.

Blanc food pairings: tossed green salad with salmon chunks, fish tacos, fresh steamed crab.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
