Mocha, dark chocolate wraps around sweet cherry fruit, almost jammy. Full-bodied and smooth. I prefer drier styles from this winery for their pinots.

I wasn't a fan of that rubber red coating, that was difficult to get into. But once I got into the wine, I enjoyed it. Lots of intense aromas on the nose including raspberries, plums, nutmeg and clove. All those flavors stayed with you in the glass including a toasty oak. What stood out for me with this wine, was the lingering finish. It stayed with you for a while, therefore it was a very good wine for enjoying slowly.
