Brilliant Pinot Noir!
2015 was an intense year for grape growers in Prince Edward County, with a late spring frost killing 90 percent of the buds, however the grapes that did come were amazing, especially this Pinot Noir.
Aromas of cherry, beet root, and leather with some floral undertones that carry through on the palate to a persistent spicy finish.
Enjoy now, or cellar for 5-7 more years.
Tasted Sept 2017.
