Reviews and Ratings

James Ireland rated this wine as 91/100
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This creation is unoaked, hand harvested, and crafted exclusively with the Pecorino grape, a varietal grown in Italy’s Abruzzo region as well as a handful of other regions in the country. This particular wine from the Ferzo company hails from an appellation in the Abruzzo region, Pecorino Superiore DOC.

I enjoyed this bottle through and through primarily because its aromas and flavours are beautiful layers that suggest floral blooms, ripening tropical fruits, and micro doses of woodsyness, balsamic, and minerality.

I'm also drawn to this dry, medium bodied creation because of its tongue clinging texture, its tilting towards lushness feel, and its just enough acidity to prepare my palate for the next sip.

Chill, open, enjoy.
