From the Abruzzo wine region, Ferzo Abruzzo 2020 Pecorino is produced from 100% Pecorino from the Abruzzo wine region and is fragrant on the nose with honeyed citrus, lime zest, melon and flinty mineral aromas; dry, savoury and medium-bodied with pressed flowers, white peaches, pink grapefruit, fine herbs, saline minerality and plenty of lime zest flavours long and vibrant on the palate. Chill and enjoy with veggie burgers.

Pecorino Superiore food pairings: seafood Alfredo, grilled herbed chicken breasts, bouillabaisse.

Reviews and Ratings

Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Gentle and savoury white wine from Ferzo, the Abruzzo Pecorino Superior 2020 delivers aromas of pear, green melon, lime, apple blossom, saline and grass. Medium body, this Italian will pair perfectly with seafood. Light acidity with lingering finish of green melon, lime, asparagus, green herbs, saline and lemon grass. Enjoy.
