From the Abruzzo wine region, Ferzo 2022 Pecorino Superiore is fragrant with lime zest, apple blossoms and is dry and light-bodied with tropical fruit, melon, grapefruit zest, fine herbs, fennel and minerally flavours savoury and vibrant on the palate with a flinty mineral finish. Chill and enjoy it with Pecorino cheese, also from Abruzzo. Pecorino has definitely become a grape of interest with its easy-to-love flavours and fresh, food-friendly versatility.

Pecorino Superiore food pairings: seafood Alfredo, grilled herbed chicken breasts, bouillabaisse.
