Produced by Jean-Bernard Saby & Fils, vitic., Château Hauchat 2019 is a well-priced Fronsac Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot from the Right Bank. Look for ripe cherry, black currant, raspberry, chocolate, anise, cinnamon and medium toast oak spice flavours finishing long on a flinty note. Food pairings: lamb, grilled pork chops, pepper steak.

Reviews and Ratings

Great value on Château Hauchat 2019, a Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot from the Right Bank. Look for ripe cherry, juicy dark fruits, flint and well-integrated toasty oak spice textured and balanced with fresh acidity on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews
