A stunning sparkling wine from Niagara from a spectacular vintage. Aromas of freshly baked bread with mleting farmhouse butter, lemon zest and toasted almond. Green apple brightness and racy acidity on the palate. Creamy and mouth-filling. This is truly a knock-out bubbly. Pair with salmon caviar and sour cream or Malpeque oysters with a sqeeze of lemon.

Blancs De Blanc food pairings: shellfish, fried foods, Asian fusion dishes, salad.

Reviews and Ratings

This bubbly is named in honour of Hentry Pelham's wife Catharine Smith. Carte Blanche is the winery's vintage dated sparkling wine.Entirely estate grown Chardonnay is hand-picked, gently whole cluster pressed and the best juice is isolated, partially barrel-fermented (20%) and then aged for 54 months in the bottle before being disgorged. - Winery

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
