A superb Niagara sparkling wine with great depth, richness and refreshment. Blanc de blancs means that this was made only from white grapes, and Chardonnay to be specific. This bubbly stands up to Champagnes that are two to three times more expensive. Celebrate the holidays in style with this wine. Pair with shellfish and good friends.

Blancs De Blanc food pairings: shellfish, fried foods, Asian fusion dishes, salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Oh what a treat! Aromas of poached apple, brioche and pear pastry. Flavours of lemon and buttery croissant. It is opulent yet crisp and fresh. Yum!

This bubbly would be quite versatile. Pairings include salty appetizers, seafood, fried food, creamy and salty cheeses, chicken in a cream sauce, and chips.

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Fantastic Niagara bubbles. Dry, well balanced. Yummy toasted almond croissant and crisp green apple freshness. Pairs well with almost anything and so versatile it would stand up to a tasting at anytime of day. Paired well with pan-seared bacon wrapped jumbo sea scallops. Tasted 2012 vintage in Dec 2017. 93 points. #BespokeTastings
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Delightfully fizzy and floral. A scrumptious and creamy mouthful of buttered baguette, dried apricot and pink grapefruit. Crisp, clean, dry and refreshing! Enjoy with fried chicken and waffles drizzled with maple syrup. Tasted by @sommsosa | bespoketasting.ca
