Full and lush layers of ripe blackberry, dark chocolate and savoury spice on this vintage. Angel's share refers to the small amount of wine that evaporates from the oak barrels during maturation while the wine is aging. Santa Carolina Specialties Carignan 2013, Cauquenes Valley, Maule Valley, Chile: The Carignan grapes are dry farmed, which adds richness, depth and character to the wine.
