Shingleback's Davey Estate Reserve 2015 is a rich, full-bodied Shiraz from the McLaren Vale. Lots of ripe dark plum, cherries, dark spice and pepper on the nose, fleshy and rich with blackberry, dark plum, mocha and cedar spice and black olives on the palate. Tannins are smooth and velvety. Drink now and for then next five years. Pair with a grill striploin steak. - Community Wine Reviews
