Good solid wine - however, I think it falls in the light Cru Beaujolais category rather than the Beaujolais Nouveau. Think of it as the gourmet bubblegum of the lot. Ripe cherry fruit. Pricey for what you get.

For my money the best Nouveau of the lot. Bright cherry, long finish [for a Nouveau] and inexpensive. I'm not a fan of spending $15 for a Nouveau when you can spend $9. Deeper in colour than I would have liked and no evidence of effervescence - dangerously close to being a serious wine.

"Watered down pink cream soda", with a hint of purple syrup aftertaste. People at my party were split down the middle as to whether or not that was a good thing. It is Nouveau after all and bubble gum and candy are apt descriptors of a good Nouveau. Give it a go yourself and see what you think

This is the true spirit of Nouveau. Bright [very light colouring], sour cherries, and a bit of effervescent hit on the palate. Top quality nouveau - well done Bosc family. I'm going out to get more - this will be perfect with a turkey dinner for Christmas. #jesuisarrive13 indeed

We always pick up several bottles of this when it's released. The prettiest salmon-pink colour of any cava. Strawberries, cherries, and a crisp finish make this bubbly a family favorite.
