Remarkably great wine for the price! The toasty oak recedes as the dark red and black fruit aromas come forward: gorgeous layers of black cherry and black raspberry. Terrific acidity for food. Full-bodied and supple.

Merlot Cabernet food pairings: rich and full flavours, savoury steaks and roast beef, slow cooked beefor or pork, wild game with rich berry sauces, spice encrusted lamb, hearty aged cheeses.
