Tawse Sketches Of Niagara 2017 is a lively, medium-bodied rosé under $20 from the Niagara Peninsula wine region. The rosé wine blend is Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Gamay. On the palate, the wine is dry with pink grapefruit, strawberries, watermelon and ripe clementine flavours. Pair with mild and soft cheeses.

Rosé food pairings: roast turkey with wild rice and apple stuffing, turkey pot pie, turkey shepherd's pie, turkey hash with sautéed red onion and Yukon potatoes.
