Pink grapefruit on the nose and palate of this lively Ontario rose. Such a pretty and vibrant Niagara rose. Orange clementine and a touch of strawberry fleshy ripe on the nose of this Niagara rose. Medium-bodied, good acidity. Pair with fish and chips.

Rosé food pairings: roast turkey with wild rice and apple stuffing, turkey pot pie, turkey shepherd's pie, turkey hash with sautéed red onion and Yukon potatoes.

Terrific Turkey Wine

Crisp, light, vibrant and refreshing patio rosé. A superb pair with soft cheeses and summer salads. Enjoy every sip of it's wild ripe strawberry and juicy pommagranate flavours. Tasted May 2017 by @sommsosa / bespoketastings.ca
Gwen Barton rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Refreshing cool-climate rose from the heart of Niagara. Aromas of strawberry, watermelon and roses. Pleasantly dry with nice acidity. So pretty in the glass! This summer, try pairing with pasta salad loaded with feta cheese and olives. Tasted Aug 2017
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Not ready to let go of summer? Try this lovely rose with aromas of ripe strawberry and watermelon. Dry, fresh and some vibrant acidity makes the fruit flavors pop. Refreshing as a patio sipper and versatile for a range of dishes, try with watermelon salads or BBQ pork.
Lovely pink grapefruit, strawberries and soft orange on this rosé from the Niagara Peninsula. Tawse Sketches of Niagara (2016) is a pretty pink in the glass with good weight and acidity on the palate. This dry rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Gamay wine grapes. - Community Wine Reviews
