Such a pretty and vibrant Niagara rose. Orange clementine and a touch of strawberry fleshy ripe on the nose of this Niagara rose. Medium-bodied, good acidity. Pair with fish and chips.

Rosé food pairings: roast turkey with wild rice and apple stuffing, turkey pot pie, turkey shepherd's pie, turkey hash with sautéed red onion and Yukon potatoes.

Terrific Turkey Wine

Reviews and Ratings

Gwen Barton rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

What a lovely shade of tangerine pink. Gentle fruity taste of cherry, strawberry and mandarin. Flavourful, refreshing and beautiful in the glass! Who could ask for more. Perfect pre dinner with light appetizers.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Crafted from hand-harvested grapes, this summery Niagara Rosé shows a mild strawberry/rhubarb nose, then the palate gives delicious rhubarb and strawberry flavours with citrus. It's dry and medium-bodied with a tart rhubarb finish-delightful!

Dianne Sheridan - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Such a beautiful rose from Tawse. This is the rose I enjoyed all Summer last year.

On the nose it displays fruitiness with sour cherry, strawberry, rhurbarb and citrus aromas. Easy drinking, refreshing, medium bodied with a flavourful citrus finish. The grapes are hand harvested from selected Niagara vineyards.

I paired this rose with grilled vegetables.

Stock up for the Summer !

This Ontario rose is made using the saignée method ("bleeding" or siphoning off the first run freshness and most delicate juice from the grape press). It's a blend of Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Merlot grapes. - Community Wine Review.
