Stratus Wildass 2019 is produced from sustainably grown Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese red wine grapes. Dry, medium-plus-bodied and brilliant on the palate with cassis, tart red berry, bell pepper, savoury herb, earthy and spicy flavours on the palate, this is a very interesting and tasty wine. Take the time to enjoy it. A great value Niagara on the Lake red blend at $22.

Red food pairings: rib eye steak on the barbeque, gourmet burgers, pork ribs on the barbie.

Stratus Wildass 2019 is produced from sustainably grown Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese grapes. Dry, medium-plus-bodied and brilliant on the palate, this is a solid red wine with ripe red berry, raspberry, earthy and spicy flavours vibrant on the palate. A great value red wine from Niagara on the Lake wine region to enjoy with a mixed grill. Drink through 2027. - Community Wine Reviews
