A certified organic Niagara Chardonnay packed with flavour. Gorgeous nose with complex palate, and a slight earthiness. Full bodied, medium plus acidity, stone fruit and a hint of lemon lime. Pairs with flame grilled chicken. Tasted 2016 vintage in August 2018. 89 points

Yellow fruit, white flowers and fresh clover notes. Also a hint of dried sandy stones. Flavours are bright with earthy yellow plums, yellow bell peppers, almond skins and soft dried flowers. Acidity is high, with a full plush mouthfeel showing sandy minerals and scallions. Pair with buttered scallops and pate. 89 points - tasted November 2018

Fuller bodied, lightly oaked chardonnay. Smells a little dusty, and yet like caramel, apple and honeysuckle.
