From Coteaux D'aix En Provence, Saint Aix 2023 is a dry, medium-bodied and fragrant rosé produced from 60% Grenache with the balance in Syrah and Cinsault grapes. Fresh and zesty with raspberry, red berry, garrigue herbs, spicy and briny mineral flavours creamy and lingering on the palate, it is a perfect pairing to a smoked salmon quiche, brunch dishes or even lamb lollipops from the grill. Interesting fact: The vineyard was converted from a truffle orchard to a vineyard in the early 1900s.

Rosé food pairings: endive and ham in Mornay white sauce, chicken a la king, tagliatelle with ham.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
