So delicate and ethereal yet lots of flavours. Lovely and light bodied with notes of spring flowers and raspberries. Racy and exciting acidity on the palate. Pair with grilled seafood.

Rosé food pairings: endive and ham in Mornay (white) sauce, chicken a la king, tagliatelle with ham.

Reviews and Ratings

Wineboy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A little softer on the nose, this one is fully dry with a nice smack of dryness when fully chilled. Finishes beautifully without a flaw.
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Citrus, unripe stone fruit, dried red cherry, grass. It's denser than it looks. Could even stand up to well-seasoned grilled chicken. 90 Points.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Vibrant, with lots of strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of honey on the nose. Bright acidity on the palate, fruit is fresh and ripe. Enjoy this with salmon or on a patio on a sunny afternoon.
Aix 2017 is a vibrant rosé the Côteaux D'aix-En-Provence wine region. Racy acidity for food and a perfect pairing to grilled seafood. Lots of strawberry and ripe red berries on the nose and palate finishing with soft citrus and spicy. - Community Wine Reviews
