Oyster Bay's Pinot Noir 2016 of this lovely Pinot Noir is nicely crafted with ripe black cherries, plum, dried savoury herbs and cake spice. This is a solid PN, intense with crisp acidity. Toasty oak on the nose of this New Zealand red wine wraps around fleshy ripe black cherries. Full-bodied, mouth-watering juicy and smooth with a great finish. Smoky oak and black cherry notes with some dark spice on the finish. Terrific with a wide range of dishes, from roast chicken to salmon. Enjoy now with roast lamb and veal dishes.

Pinot Noir food pairings: roast duck, veggie mushroom burger, frittata.
