A spectacular Niagara Riesling that almost jumps from the glass to wrap itself around your taste buds. Aromas of lime zest and lemongrass. The grape yield is kept to just 2 tons per acre to concentrate the flavor. It's also press fractioned to use the best juice and whole cluster pressed. A long, satisfying finish. Pair with vegetarian dishes and roast turkey.

Riesling food pairings: briny shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams are great with this wine, roast pork as well as pasta with white sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Valérie Dufour - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale robe, but oily tears. If there is a grape that Canadian winemakers have mastered in my opinion it is Riesling. When I put my nose in a glass of riesling, I automatically feel good. I can say the same with all grapes usually grown in the Alsace area. This nice riesling smells like petroleum, pineapple and chalk. The mouth is impeccable with the right amount of everything. A rich and refine wine. I would drink it with shellfish and salmon.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Apricot, lemon, lime, and petrol aromas, with a nice 'sweetness' to them. The taste is pear and apple, with great concentration. The acidity is medium high. A nice win with great variety of foods, but try with roast pork for something really special.
Sean O'Regan - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Pale yellow, orchard fruit, citrus, dusty mineral and petrol notes on the nose. Medium light body, just off dry with a great sort of chalky drying texture to the apple and pear and citrus lemon/lime fruit on a long finish. Delicious.

Trevor Sabourin - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Candied lime, apricot, canteloupe, honey suckle, crushed rock, and a bit of petrol/kerosene on the nose. Nice repeat on the palate. Off-dry and very well balanced.
