An elegant, modern style Pinot Noir produced from grapes sourced on the outskirts of Molina in the cool-climate Casablanca Valley, Vegan-friendly, look for ripe strawberry, red berry, spicy and dried fine herb flavours with a zesty finish.

Pinot Noir food pairings: grilled flank steak, venison stew, baked partridge in wild mushroom sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is a bright and earthy Pinot Noir. Aromas of tart cherry and cranberry, along with hints of dried herbs, warm eathy notes and a hint of leather. Medium bodied, with light tannins and bright, mouthwatering acidity on the palate. Fruit flavours are fresh and vibrant, with hints of spice and leather on the finish. Enjoy this with a charcuterie plate.
Echeverria 2018 Gran Reserva Pinot Noir is fragrant with ripe cherry, blueberry and spicy aromas. Dry, intense and vibrant with bright cherry, red berry, dark chocolate and smoky toasty oak spice flavours juicy on the palate with food-friendly acidity. Vegan friendly, pour with wild mushroom ravioli. - Community Wine Reviews
