Crafted from 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Franc, Chateau Saint-Antoine 2014 offers a pleasant easy drinking Bordeaux style wine, revealing aromas of blackcurrant, violet, graphite, bell pepper and cedar. Medium bodied, Chateau Saint-Antoine displays light acidity with a medium finish. In the mouth, tart black cherry, violet, pencil lead, bell pepper and cedar. An everyday wine, Chateau Saint-Antoine will pair well with grilled steak with Roquefort sauce. Enjoy.
