Château la Tour de l'Évêque 2020 is a Côtes De Provence rosé blend of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Ugni Blanc and Rolle. Always a joy to enjoy with its bright and zesty red berry, fresh cherry, raspberry, fine herb and citrus flavours on the palate, all balanced with food-friendly acidity to go with a range of foods. Try it with fish tacos, corn on the cob or herbed flatbreads.

Rosé food pairings: pan-fried pickerel, steamed shrimp with lemon butter, salads.

Reviews and Ratings

From the Côtes de Provence, Château la Tour de l'Évêque 2020 is a fresh and vibrant rosé blend of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Ugni Blanc and Rolle. Dry, sunny bright and juicy on the palate with fresh red berry, strawberry, fine herb, citrus zest flavours and so good right now. Try it with a Sante Fe corn salad or grilled chicken dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
