This lively French rosé not only offers wild strawberry notes, it also has a little white pepper for intrigue and pleasure. Medium-bodied, dry and some kind of wonderful from Régine Sumeire, Propreitor-récolt. One of the most respected rosé producers in Provence: consistently great year after year.

Rosé food pairings: pan-fired pickerel, gravel, steamed shrimp with lemon butter.

Reviews and Ratings

This bone-dry French rosé is a blend of 64% Grenache, 29% Cinsault, 4% Syrah, 2% Rolle and 1% Sémillon grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and pressed without being crushed. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks. This is a creamy, medium-bodied rosé with bright apple fruit and stonefruit character. - Community Wine Review.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
