Toasted almond aromas on the nose along with green apple goodness. Perfectly balanced like Thomas himself. Lots of layered complexity, balance and structure. Classic chardonnay. Some vanilla smoke on the finish. Try it!

Chardonnay food pairings: tuna steaks, swordfish, turkey dinner, beef, chicken breast.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Just. So. Good. Brilliant golden yellow and aromatic in the glass. Medium body. XD. Golden delicious apple, nutty, honey, smoke on the nose. Palate lead to buttered toast, vanilla, nutmeg(?). A must try! Excellent turkey and stuffing wine. Will definitely try this with panfried shrimp and scallops. And anything in a creamy sauce. Might just be a new go-to wine on my list.
Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A very clean bright Chardonnay with flavors of stone fruits and citrus notes. Perfectly balanced acidity with a slight note of wood that does not over-power the fruit flavors. A nice easy to drink Chardonnay that would be super food friendly.
