Lime glorious! I love this New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc every year: it's never let me know. Grassy, herbal with lime citrus brightness emanating from its core.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Asparagus salad meets canned beans on tropical holiday! Pineapple, peach, gooseberry and some minerality on the nose. White pepper, lemon, honey, mango and green apple on the palate. Zippy and crisp. High acid with some residual sugar. Delicious lemon and tart green apple follows well into the finish. Zingy and tart this can be enjoyed on a hot day or with a zesty dish. Pair with mixed bean salad and dill seasoned fish. - tasted November 2016
Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Deep yellow/green color.

Aromas of mango, lemon, lime, verbena and asparagus.

The wine is fresh, medium-bodied and long.

Try it with a smoked salmon panini.

Serve it at 10-12 degrees.

Ready to drink.
Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Pale straw with green highlights. Aromas of lemon grass, lime peel and elderflower, with background notes of white currant and red pepper. Medium-bodied with white peach, gooseberry and citrus flavours on the palate with a dry mineral finish. Cellaring Best enjoyed when young and fresh, but has the potential to age gracefully until early 2015

Xmas present from Todd
Sunshine hours in the Marlborough wine region of New Zealand are moderated by a mild sea while steep mountains keep chilly winds at bay. Varietal intensity in the glass here, classic cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc. - Community Wine Reviews
