Astrolabe Wines 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is so pure of fruit and so zesty! Grapes are sustainably-grown and sourced from the Wairau Valley, Awatere Valley and Kekerengu Coast. Produced by Simon Waghorn the wine is dry, medium-bodied and concentrated with fragrant, ripe passionfruit, guava and pink grapefruit flavours wrapped up with amazing acidity for seafood, salads and brunch dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled shrimp, grilled chicken breast, vegetarian pizza, quiches.
