An amazing, mouth-watering, eye-winking Sauvignon Blanc, but so good! Astrolabe Wines 2020 Sauvignon Blanc is produced from sustainably-grown grapes sourced from the Wairau, Awatere Valleys and Kekerengu Coast. A medium-bodied, bone-dry Sauvignon Blanc with guava, pineapple, gooseberry, lemongrass, green herbs and lime zest flavours with a long finish. Poured with pan-fried Arctic char filets. Tasted September 2021.
