Love this zesty white blend of mostly Sauvignon Blanc, some Chenin Blanc and a splash of Chardonnay with leesy and smoky oak aromas on the nose. So unusual. Bright on the palate with white grapefruit, green apple, lemon zest and flinty flavours on the palate.

Food pairings: fried herb-crusted and panko trout, chickpea lentil pea and potato curry, pizza with pork sausage.

This aromatically and visually attractive blend from South Africa stars sauvignon blanc and chenin blanc. This blend revealed an enchanting series of scents - peach, nectarine, tangerine, bin apple, floral, honeysuckle and spice - that mingled well with shy but delicious white grapefruit, stone fruit marmalade flavours, light touch acidity and a fruit focussed finish. Enjoy.

Waterkloof Circle Of Life 2016 is a bright and well-priced Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay white wine blend with tropical fruit, melon, fine herb, fennel, lemon zest flavours harmonious on the palate with a stony mineral finish. Pair with roast chicken. - Community Wine Reviews
