Something wonderful here! A gorgeous blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Chenin Blanc grapes in this luscious South African white wine. Aromas of smoke, green apple, butter and smoke. Perfect for grilled chicken.

Food pairings: fried herb-crusted and panko trout, chickpea lentil pea and potato curry, pizza with pork sausage.

Reviews and Ratings

Carola Price rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Clean and well balanced. A little too much oak but the fruit is outstanding and the acidity is there to keep everything in check to pair with food.
Would love to see the development in a year or two.
Pair now with Greek food, lemon and pepper pasta and pork and veggie dumplings with Ponzu.
Waterkloof's Circle of Life is a pale lemon, medium-bodied, Sauvignon Blanc blend. Very ripe on the nose with peach, nectarines and ripe honey melon with cedar spice on the nose. On the palate the wine is desert dry with zesty acidity and lime, gooseberry, lingering ripe tropical fruit on the palate. Well-constructed and well-balanced. Enjoy now and can hold in cellar for a couple of years. - Community Wine Reviews
