Trinity Hill, The Trinity 2021 is a juicy, medium-bodied red wine blend produced from sustainably grown Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot grapes sourced from Hawke's Bay wine region. Easy to love with its fragrant and concentrated blackberry, cassis, plum, and lifted floral notes fresh and plushy on the palate. Each vineyard parcel was harvested separately and de-stemmed prior to fermentation and skin maceration which was extended up to four weeks to further integrate and soften tannins. The individual wines were aged 15 months in a combination of French oak barriques and stainless-steel tanks, then blended to create the final wine. This vintage was awarded Double Gold in the 2022 New Zealand International Wine Show.

Red Blend food pairings: roast pork, beef enchiladas, meaty stews and soups.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
