From Alexander Valley, Sonoma County, Silver Oak 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is fragrant with ripe blackberry, blueberry, dark cherry, dried wild herbs, anise, toasted nutty, smoky vanilla and cedar brush spice flavours and is dry, full-bodied and zesty with fine-grained and firm tannins. Good now, better in 2024 when it will begin to show its best. Silver Oak is LEED Certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certified and Living Building Challenge certified from the International Living Future Institute. Cellar to 2038.
