From Alexander Valley, California, Silver Oak 2017 is impressive! Rich and plushy with ripe blackberry, dark plum, dark cherry, savoury herbs, cedar and smoky flavours on the palate. Grapes for this Cab were sourced from the winery's Red Tail, Miraval and Geyserville Estate vineyards and comprises fruit from the region's hillsides, benchlands and valley floor. Aged in American oak barrels produced in Silver Oak's own cooperage.
