Natalie's Score: 89/100

From the Pays D'oc, Languedoc wine region, L'Ostal 2023 is a great value, dry, medium-bodied, vegan-friendly rosé at $17. Produced by the Famille J.M. Cazes from equal amounts of sustainably grown Grenache and Syrah grapes, it is pretty on the nose with aromas of raspberry, strawberry, orange and grapefruit zest crisp on the palate. An elegant and serious rosé to chill and enjoy now through 2026. "Ostal" means both ''house'' and ''family'' in the ancient Occitan language.

Rosé food pairings: roast quail stuffed with wild mushrooms and leek, sausage and apple stuffed Cornish hen.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
