Did you know they make Sauvignon Blanc in Burgundy? A zesty, vibrant white wine that refreshes the palate and acts as a great companion to seafood and vegetarian dishes. With this unique Burgundian wine you can now impress your guests. And the Sauvignon Blanc grapes are only found in the Saint-Bris appellation. Vibrant, lemongrass and lime aromas leap out of the glass. Mouth-watering and juicy with terrific minerality and length. Medium-bodied and refreshing. There's a deep vein of minerality running through this wine like a cold, clear spring.

Sauvignon food pairings: grilled white fish, pork tenderloin, chicken salad, corned beef and cabbage, turkey pot pie.

Reviews and Ratings

Aimee Fowler - WSET L2 rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

From the moment you nose the wine you crave food. Rich seafood, lightly seasoned pasta's, crisp green salads and soft cheeses. Mineral driven with classic grassy Sauvignon characteristics, gooseberry, linden flowers and stone fruits. A wonderful aromatic expression of Sauvignon Blanc from Saint-Bris.
This medium-bodied French Sauvignon Blanc is the only Burgundian appellation allowed to use this grape (the rest are Chardonnay). Notes of gooseberry and lemongrass. - Community Wine Reviews
