Love the nose on this California Cab with notes of cassis, sweet spice, mint and dark chocolate with ripe cassis, black cherry, plum, wild herb and mocha flavours toasty and tasty on the palate. Tannins are structured. Pair with grilled meats.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: hearty meat dishes, hard cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Produced by Chris and Jay Indelicato, Irony 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic California Cab produced with sustainably-grown grapes. Look for cassis, savoury herb and smoky spice aromas on the nose. Dry and full-bodied with cassis, baking spice, savoury herb, dark chocolate and toasty oak flavours on the palate. Enjoy now with a prime rib done rare or hold in cellar for three more years. - Community Wine Reviews
