Natalie's Score: 93/100

This well-respected Californian winery sources grapes for this wine grown in the Allomi Vineyard which is planted in the gently rolling hills of southeastern Napa Valley. The warmer, elevated benchland benefits from an extended growing season for Cabernet Sauvignon. This full-bodied red wine from Hess Collection Winery offers lovely intense flavours of mocha, plush plums and berries. So very tasty and happy. Perfect for movie night. Terrific concentration, depth and richness with a satisfyingly long finish. Pair with herb-crusted chicken.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: gorgonzola topped sirloin, grilled veggies, herb-crusted poultry, hearty meat dishes, hard cheese.

Hess Collection Allomi 2014 is a full-bodied mostly Cabernet Sauvignon from a well-known and loved winery in the Napa Valley with supporting Petite Sirah, Malbec and Petit Verdot wine grapes to round out the Cab.
