A smooth, luscious medium-bodied Pinot Noir with attractive aromas of dark cherry and spice. This winery practices sustaiable winemaking such as geo-thermal heating and cooling, underground barrel cellars and a gravity flow winery. Pair this wine with planked salmon.

Reviews and Ratings

Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Tart cherries, white pepper aromas with an earthy undertone and zippy acidity make this a great food friendly wine!
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

One of my go-to's for Niagara Pinot Noir. Fresh cherry and some other berry aromas with an undertone of pepper. Medium bodied, nice acidity which extends the finish. Flavours are bright and clean. Delicious with a range of foods, from turkey or chicken to pork, anything you might through on the BBQ. (March 2016)
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Ruby red. Typicity of cool climate Oinot Noir with cherry prominence and great acidity. Made with 15% new oak this wine has elegant complexity and offers great value. Enjoy 2016-2020.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A lovely Pinot Noir from Niagara. Pale Ruby colour with a fruity bouquet featuring strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and vanilla here. The same fruit is reflected on the palate with some earthy richness lingering. Very fresh and bright. High acidity, light bodied with perfectly integrated medium minus tannins. Delicious! Pair with beef tartare or tuna truffle crudo. 89 points - Tasted June 2017
