Featherstone Four Feathers 2021 is an excellent value, off-dry, medium-bodied Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc white wine blend from the Niagara Peninsula wine region. Fragrant with white florals, citrus zest, fine herb aromas with ripe apple, pear, lemon tarte, savoury herbs and minerally flavours zesty and long on the palate. Chill and enjoy with grilled chicken dishes.

Food pairings: Caesar Salad, grilled Gruyere cheese sandwich, raclette.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

If there was such thing as a sessionable wine, a wine you don’t want your glass to ever empty, this would be it. Featherstone’s 2022 Four Feathers is an expressive, refreshing, balanced and simply delicious blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and Gewurztraminer, showcasing the best of each varietal in this value-priced Niagara wine. Baked apple, pineapple, pear, wild flower honey, lemon grass, and flinty minimality on the nose and palate. Enjoy with spicy fare, creamy pesto pastas, or enjoy on its own. Tasted September 2022. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
