A lovely, medium-bodied Niagara white wine blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Floral, aromatic and off-dry, this is a terrific aperitif or companion to fresh seafood. Finishes with apple blossom. Pair with medium curries and spices as well. Great price.

Food pairings: Caesar Salad, fried Gruyere cheese sandwich, raclette.

Reviews and Ratings

Wineboy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

very ripe flavours reminiscent of tropical fruits. Note the off-dry style here. Asian cuisine or as an aperitif. This wine never takes a year off - consistent quality and value.
Tekla rated this wine as 70/100 with the following review:

Dry slightly bitter with medium body
From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Featherstone, Four Feathers (2016) is great value under $20. The white wine blend is Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc with lots of tropical fruit, ginger and rose petals on the palate met with a crisp acidity. The wine is off-dry with medium weight on the palate. Serve chilled with pan-fried panfish. - Community Wine Reviews
