An off-dry, medium-bodied, juicy blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Floral, aromatic and a crowd-pleaser. Easy-to-enjoy-anytime. Look for white florals, vibrant citrus, ripe pear, pineapple, lemon zest and flinty mineral flavours on the palate. Great balance of acidity to fruit. Chill and enjoy with sushi and sashimi.

Four Feathers food pairings: Caesar Salad, fried Gruyere cheese sandwich, raclette.

2019 Four Feathers is an expressive, refreshing, and exotic blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewurztraminer, highlighting the great characteristics of each in this super versatile and delicious value-priced wine. Grilled pineapple, pear, crisp citrus, lemon grass, and flinty minerality on the nose and palate. Enjoy with spicy fare, creamy pastas, and summer BBQ. Tasted May 2020. 90 points. Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Fragrant, this white blend revealed classy, cool climate grapefruit, lime and spice aromas and flavours. Medium bodied, the palate had just the right amount of acidity and introduced a long delectable off-dry aftertaste. Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer – all harvested from vines on the Twenty Mile Bench along the Niagara Escarpment. Enjoy.
