A absolutely happy, lovely wine with fresh white floral aromas just after a spring rain. This blend is mostly riesling, but also has sauvignon blanc, gewurztraminer and a tiny bit of chardonnay. It's incredible for the price and would make the ultimate summer aperitif on the deck or at parties.

Food pairings: chicken in a cream sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A blend of 4 white grapes - Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, and Chardonnay and therefore the Four Feathers analogy. Aroma and flavour characteristics of Niagara tree fruit, stone fruit, lychee, honeycomb and floral. A medium+ cleansing acidity and I detected very mild tannins. A pleasant off-dry finish. Good choice for spicier dishes.
Serve well chilled. Drink now.

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Mild floral honeysuckle on the nose, with a delightful palate showing granny smith apples, tropical lemon/lime and slight spice. Medium -bodied mouthfeel, with a granny smith apple finish.
An aromatic white wine blend of four grapes (thus the name Four Feathers): 56% Riesling, 22% Sauvignon Blanc, 13% Gewürztraminer and 9% Chardonnay grapes. Medium-bodied, crisp, floral and fresh. - Community Wine Reviews
