Reviews and Ratings

Jenny Ratcliffe-Wright CWM rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

A grippy Cab with some Merlot blended into it. A serious 14.5% alcohol with plenty of classic black currant, black fruited flavours. Some dustiness on the palate with wafts of minted chocolate that follow to a long satisfying finish. Plenty of flavour and potential to age. Enjoy with a lamb shank pie. @wrightwineblog
Duckhorn 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine blend of grapes grown at the Duckhorn estate and other wineries in Napa Valley. Full-bodied, smooth and juicy with layers of ripe blackcurrant, crushed raspberry, mocha and toasty oak spice flavours zesty on the palate. Pair with a roast duck. - Community Wine Reviews
