Natalie's Score: 94/100

Closson Chase Churchside 2021 is a vegan-friendly, unfiltered Pinot Noir sourced from Prince Edward County wine region. This PN is dry, medium-plus-bodied, fresh and fragrant with ripe black cherry, pink florals, earthy mushroom and smoked bacon aromas and flavours juicy and vibrant on the palate. Grapes for this vintage were cold-soaked with skins and stems for five days after the crush giving the wine more structure, a deeper colour and fuller flavours. Tannins are supple and the wine is beautifully-balanced with vibrant acidity. Ready to enjoy now!

Pinot Noir food pairings: veal roast, roast turkey, roast leg of lamb, veal Porterhouse, Osso Bucco.
