From Garcés Silva, Boya 2023 is a great value Sauvignon Blanc produced from sustainably grown grapes sourced from the Coast Zone, Leyda Valley wine region. The Boya Vineyards are cooled by the moderated breezes off the Pacific Ocean giving the grapes time to slowly ripen and fully develop. These cooling breezes also bring a salty tang to the grapes. Flinty and minerally on the nose and generous on the palate with lime zest, gooseberry, yellow plum, tropical fruits and fine herbs, balanced with bracing acidity and textured with a briny mineral finish, chill and enjoy it with a seafood ceviche. Delicious now and excellent value at $18.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled halibut steaks, lemon sole in white sauce, tuna burgers.

From Garcés Silva, Boya 2023 is a great value, vegan-friendly Sauvignon Blanc produced from sustainably and organically grown grapes. Grapes were sourced from The Boya Vineyards in the Coast Zone, Leyda Valley wine region. The vineyards are cooled by the moderating breezes off the Pacific Ocean giving the grapes time to slowly ripen and to fully develop. Those same breezes and also give a salty tang to the grapes. Juicy and intense with citrus, herbal, flinty and briny mineral flavours matched with racy acidity, this is a beautifully intense wine to enjoy with all manner of grilled shellfish and seafood dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
